Newlyweds Wills & Kate Bound For Hollywood

Prince William and Princess Kate — or Catherine, as she’s now called — are expected to visit Hollywood following their first official overseas tour as a married couple. After an already announced royal trip to Canada the two are expected to spend two days in Hollywood in late June or early July, Princess Diana biographer Andrew Morton tattled Tuesday.

Los Angeles is the sometimes home of Royal Wedding attendees – David and Victoria Beckham – and the celebrity supercouple is expected to play a role in the newlyweds’ trip.

The couple — who married last Friday — has yet to embark on their honeymoon, although previous reports suggest Prince William is set to whisk his new wife away to a secret hideaway along the Indian Ocean for their first trip as man and wife. The Duke is making sure he pulls out all the stops when the pair jet out to the exclusive location for a 10-day stay. The Royals are due to fly out by private jet later this month before being taken by helicopter from the mainland to the tropical retreat, which offers almost complete isolation, tabloid snoops say.

Britney Spears Hosting Hurricane Katrina Charity Dinner

Britney Spears is tapping her Kentwood, Louisiana roots to host a charity event benefitting survivors of Hurricane Katrina, the deadly storm that touched down in New Orleans in 2005.

The “Femme Fatale” star has signed on to host An Evening of Southern Style, charity benefit int he form of a traditional southern dinner. The event hopes to raise funds for the ongoing Hurricane Katrina relief effort in Spears’ native Louisiana. It goes down at a private residence in Beverly Hills on May 11, boosting donations for the St. Bernard Project, an organization which builds houses for the those left homeless by the devastating natural disaster nearly six years ago.

Brit’s pop, Jamie Spears, is a former caterer. He’ll be overseeing the cooking from the kitchen, and has devised a menu of traditional Louisiana delicacies to delight guests. Shrimp & Grits, jambalaya, and soft shell crab fish fry are sure to be crowd favorites.

“I am so honored to be a part of this cause. Louisiana will always be a part of my soul,” Spears said Wednesday.

For those not keeping count, Princess Kate Middleton’s brother, James, has a wee bit of an exposed bum scandal on his hands as well. On Wednesday, old pictures of the cheeky lad showing off his cheeks also emerged online.

Marie Osmond Engaged To Remarry First Husband Stephen Craig

Third time’s the charm! Marie Osmond is ready to walk down the aisle again with Stephen Craig, the man she first married nearly 30 years ago.

After reconciling last year, the two plan to marry at the Las Vegas Mormon Temple on Wednesday, PEOPLE has learned. Osmond, 51, and Craig were first married in 1982, when she was 22 and he was 25. They divorced three years later and have one son together, Stephen, now 28.

In October 1986, Marie married Brian Blosil. They had two children, and adopted five more, before divorcing in March 2007.

Situation Inks Development Deal With MTV

You didn’t think Pauly D was going to get to have all the fun, did you? Muscle-bound Jersey Shorer Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his three neck rolls worth of roid-induced rage have entered a series development deal with the show’s parent network, MTV.

Sorrentino is putting the finishing touches on the concept for a new show to be shot and presented in pilot form to MTV chiefs later this year, Variety has learned.

“I’m excited to continue my relationship with MTV, which has been home for me for the last couple of years,” Mike said of the deal. “I’m really grateful for all the support from my fans. Hopefully, there will be plenty more situations in the future.”

Last month, MTV placed orders for Jersey Shore spinoffs starring Sorrentino’s castmates Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley. DJ Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio will also front his own series about his work as a world-renowned DJ.

Filming on the fourth season of Jersey Shore is currently underway in Italy.

Teen starlet Selena Gomez will host this year’s MuchMusic Video Awards (MMVAs) in Toronto.

The Wizards of Waverly Place actress will emcee the June 19 ceremony, featuring a live performance by “Judas” singer Lady Gaga, organizers said Tuesday.

“Selena Gomez is a bona fide star,” says Sheila Sullivan, executive producer of the awards show. “Her films and TV show ['Wizards of Waverly Place'] are seen around the world and her songs are topping the charts. Now she brings her signature smile to the MMVAs stage where her fans are guaranteed to welcome her to the most exciting and loudest award show on Earth … . Don’t worry Selena, we supply earplugs.”

Gomez is “thrilled” to be making her first trip to the MMVAs.

“I am thrilled and honored to host the MuchMusic Video Awards. I look forward to seeing all my Canadian fans and kicking off the summer together.”

The 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards will air live on MuchMusic in Canada and Fuse in the United States. Additional lineup announcements are expected in the coming weeks.

Kelly Preston Joins Husband John Travolta In “Gotti”

It will be a family affair when filming on Gotti: Three Generations gets underway in New York City this fall.

Actress Kelly Preston, 48, has signed on to play matriarch Victoria Gotti (not to be confused with Growing Up Gotti’s Victoria Gotti…) in the big screen story about Gambino Crime Family gun John Gotti and his brood. Producer Marc Fiore confirmed the scoop on Wednesday, just a few weeks after Kelly’s longtime husband, actor John Travolta, was cast as the murderous mobster himself.

The Travoltas welcomed the arrival of their second son together, Benjamin, last December.

Gotti: Three Generations, co-starring Lindsay Lohan (Kim Gotti) and Joe Pesci (Sammy “The Bull” Gravano), is expected in theaters in late 2012. Barry Levinston, who won an Academy Award for directing the 1988 blockbuster Rain Man, replaces Nick Cassavetes as lensman on the project.

His first name was inspired by the top floor of Mariah’s lavish New York City apartment — dubbed The Moroccan Room; it’s the same place where Cannon, 30, popped the question to Carey back in 2008. Daughter Monroe was named after screen legend Marilyn Monroe, a lifelong inspiration for mom Mariah. Like her mother, Monroe does not have a middle name.

The 41-year-old singing superstar gave birth to the twins at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles at 12:07 PM EST on Saturday.

Monroe was born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long. Slightly-younger brother Moroccan arrived moments later. He was at 5 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 inches.

Ewan McGregor has revealed that he will ‘never forget’ making Moulin Rouge. The 40-year-old Scottish actor starred alongside Nicole Kidman in the 2001 musical film, and said that having to sing his lines was a whole new experience for him. Taking to MTV for ‘Moulin Rouge at 10′, a tribute to mark its ten-year anniversary, he said, “There was a real buzz about it. Oksana Grigorieva Withdraws Domestic Violence Claim Against Mel Gibson

Oksana Grigorieva has withdrawn her domestic violence claim in the child custody dispute with Mel Gibson.

Oksana's lawyer withdrew the claim on Wednesday, May 4, in a surprise move that reportedly caught Mel's lawyer and the judge in the case, Scott Gordon, off guard.

Sources told TMZ that Oksana is possibly seeking a reconciliation with Mel in the child custody dispute.

According to TMZ, a protective order against Mel obtained by Oksana has also been terminated, allowing Oksana to communicate directly with Mel.

In March 2011, Mel Gibson agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge.

In a child custody dispute, the judge is guided by the best interest of the child. It is not immediately clear how Oksana's withdrawal of her DV claim will impact the custody dispute.

Oksana, 40, and Mel, 55, have a daughter Lucia, born October 30, 2009.

The couple parted in March 2010. Their split became public knowledge in April 2010.

Oksana filed a domestic violence complaint against Mel on July 5 alleging that he had assaulted her on January 6, 2010.

Eclipse and Inception lead the way in MTV Movie

The Twilight movie Eclipse and Inception are leading the way in the nominations for this year’s MTV Movie Awards. Nominations for the annual ceremony were revealed last night, and the popularity of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s vampire franchise showed. The third film in the series was nominated for a massive eight awards. Closely behind was Christopher Nolan’s flick Inception, with seven nominations. Facebook movie The Social Network received five nominations, while ballet thriller Black Swan received four. The ceremony, which is being hosted by Saturday Night Live star Jason Sudeikis, is set to take place on June 5 at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.

A rep for the Party of Five actress has confirmed that the star recently split from her boyfriend, actor/director Alex Beh, after less than a year of dating. Hewitt, 32, began a romance with Beh last July, shortly her public split from actor Jamie Kennedy, her ex-Ghost Whisperer co-star.

The actress chronicled her ups-and-downs in the love department in the 2010 book The Day I Shot Cupid, which saw Jennifer sharing dating advice based on her past relationships with a series of high-profile men.
